United By Chaos is founded by Mark Drifter, a media activist & photographer from the Philippines. UXC has evolved from a small DIY zine into a network of individuals from all over the world.

From Noise, to Punk Rock, EDM, Hardcore, Black Metal. This is a gathering of musicians and individuals from diverse backgrounds breaking through borders and language barriers!
